Return Period – 30 Days

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

be unused
be returned in its original packaging
be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation)

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please include a photo or video with your request so we can review your case as a priority.

How to Request a Return

Subject line: Return Request + your order number

Please include the following information in your message:

your full name
the email address used for the order
your order number
the reason for the return
photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will send you the instructions needed to return the item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our side.

Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase within 7 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene, safety or personalisation reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

used products
items not in their original condition or packaging
personalised or custom-made items
